Payment

Payment is accepted by:

• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
• Cheque
• Internet transfer (please contact us for bank account details).

Refunds

Modelair is committed to providing quality products to our customers. Any faulty products must be returned to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and under the Consumers Guarantee Act we have the right to rectify any fault or problem and/or at our discretion negotiate a refund in either part or full.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. We may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.

Shipping

1. Standard Delivery Service
   Within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment within New Zealand. Postage is charged at the new New Zealand Postage rates.


2. Priority Delivery
   Next day delivery to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before 12 noon on weekdays. Courier charged at cost.

Delivery times are based on current times given by New Zealand Post. Please note that once goods are in the hands of the postal system they are out of our control. We will provide tracking numbers were required.
