About us

Modelair is a retail model and hobby store that has been operated by the current owners, Richard and Nicola for the last twenty years.

Situated in Newmarket at 12 Kent Street, with parking right outside the door with easy access to the motorway systems, Modelair is open 7 days.

Monday - Friday 10am to 5.30pm
Saturday & Sunday 10am to 4pm

We learnt long ago that it is very difficult to try and cover too many of the hobby topics. The industry is so diverse, that we have actively moved towards covering a select number of products and doing these products well.

Reference books and magazines
Tools, paints and construction materials

All items listed as available are either on our shelf or available from a local distributor within 1-2 days. Whilst all care has been taken in maintaining our website, please note that our site is still in the development phase and may have the odd error which we apologise for.
